What If Thoughts, Feelings and Emotions Aren’t Yours?

This year I started training in Access Consciousness.

What I have learned has given me more freedom, ease, joy and glory in my life.

This November a good friend of mine, Steve Comer, is going to launch an event called: Who does this belong to?

The idea behind this is that we are infinite beings and that infinite beings do not function from thoughts, feelings and emotions. We function from knowing, perceiving and being.

The best way to get out of thoughts, feelings and emotion is to ask: “Who does this belong to?”

The way I do it is to say it a few times, until I feel lighter, then I say, “Return to sender with consciousness attached.”

An example of when to use ‘Who does this belong to’ is when you are with someone that has experienced some sort of personal upset and you are personally experiencing that upset just by being with them or talking with them. Clearly whatever transpired did not directly happen to you. The best way to be of support is to be the Greatness that you be and to stay in your own awareness.

What would your life be like if you could KNOW instead of think? Knowing is where we are when we make the best choices. Knowing we can trust and depend on, thoughts on the other hand can be a little rascals. I have learned that my thoughts are just a point of view and one view point and that there are gaps that I fill in. There is room for error with thoughts, not so with knowing.

I’ll keep you posted on Steve Comer’s event.

In the meantime: What thoughts, feelings and emotions are you using to keep yourself from experiencing the life of your dreams?
